HATTIE HOWARD-LEACH

Hattie studied at the University of Warwick, gaining a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Psychology.

She began her career at Foster+Partners before working in Investment Management and Private Equity. She has extensive experience in Business Administration and Operations working with Founders, CEOs and Partners.

Hattie joined Sybarite in 2018 to support Simon Mitchell with the operational running of the practice and since 2020 she has been Sybarite’s Operations Director. Alongside leading and managing the studio’s operations team, she works closely with Simon to coordinate the company’s fee proposals, contracts and finances.

Working across the studio’s HR, Hattie focuses on maintaining staff wellbeing and fostering Sybarite’s unique studio culture.
