Yuan joined Sybarite early in 2021 following her relocation from Beijing to London.
Previously, Yuan founded TM in Beijing with a client portfolio mainly focussed on retail shopping mall developments and renovations. Mall renovations and repositioning projects include: Beijing Shunyi, Beijing Anlian, ChengDu Jinbao Plaza, Xiamen Baixiang Hotel and Mall and a new retail masterplan for the mixed use Ningbo Precinct commercial development.
