SKP × WWD Global Fashion & Beauty Summit 2026

Our Co-Founder, Torquil McIntosh, joined the third SKP × WWD Global Fashion & Beauty Summit in Wuhan, participating in a panel discussion titled Art & Culture in Symbiosis, Beauty Woven into Life.

Moderated by Caroline Cai, President of Greater China at Kering, the discussion brought together internationally acclaimed opera singer Hao Jiang Tian and Wu Hongliang, President of the Beijing Fine Art Academy and Chief Curator of the 2026 Wuhan Biennale, to explore the intersections of art, culture and contemporary lifestyles.

Drawing on Sybarite’s longstanding collaboration with SKP, Torquil reflected on the relationship between cultural influence and architectural expression. From establishing a distinctive design language that evolves across different cities to responding to the subtleties of local history and identity, he explored an approach that transcends conventional disciplinary boundaries, where architecture, art, fashion and culture form part of a shared creative vocabulary.
