Junior Designer (Part I or Interior BA)

The role requires interior design and interior planning from concept design to completion. Expert skills in Rhino, Enscape and AutoCAD required.

Designer (Part II & Interior Degree)

The role requires interior design and interior planning from concept design to completion. Previous experience of working in China preferred with a fluency in Mandarin as a bonus. Superb knowledge of materials and finishes is necessary and an ability to coordinate with collaborators of different disciplines. Expert skills in Rhino, Enscape and AutoCAD required.

Revit Architect (RIBA ARB Part III or equivalent)

The role requires a proficient Revit user and minimum of 5 years previous design experience working on mixed-use globally, specifically in China with a fluency in Mandarin and experience in SD & DD package delivery as well as a familiarity with Chinese LDI coordination processes.

Senior Designer (RIBA ARB Part III or Equivalent)

The role requires a proficient Revit user and a minimum of 8 years previous design experience working on mixed-use globally, specifically in China with a fluency in Mandarin and an ability to lead SD & DD packages and coordinate LDI and consultants.

BIM Coordinator

Sybarite is seeking a passionate and talented BIM Coordinator to support architectural project teams in the use of BIM tools and workflows. Based in our west London penthouse, you will work within a multidisciplinary project team to design and realise projects for the most innovative retail operator in the world.

The BIM coordinator will provide technical support directly to project team members and report to the project lead, providing feedback on the team’s requirements for training, workflows or content. Core responsibilities of the BIM coordinator will span from initial project setup, maintaining project BIM models and associated project BIM support documents, performing BIM coordination exercises and training project team members.

BIM Technician

Sybarite is seeking a passionate and talented BIM technician to support architectural project teams. Based in our west London penthouse, you will work within a multidisciplinary project team to design and realise projects for the most innovative retail operator in the world.

The ideal applicant should have large scale retail sector experience, with a minimum of five years’ Revit modelling experience. An understanding of BIM requirements and processes is also highly desirable. The purpose of the post is to provide support to architecture teams across the practice on a variety of projects at different work stages.
