At Sybarite, Chris oversees the studio’s financial operations, presenting monthly management accounts and board reports while managing cash flow and banking facilities. Working closely with COO and project leaders, he provides guidance on project finances and analyses profitability across the studio’s portfolio. His clear commercial perspective supports informed strategic decision-making while ensuring financial planning, reporting and statutory obligations are managed with rigour and consistency.
