Darren Snow, Associate Director at Sybarite, brings over 20 years of international architectural experience, overseeing the design and delivery of large-scale masterplanning, retail, hospitality and residential projects across Asia. A registered architect with the RIBA and MRIAI (Ireland), he combines architectural leadership with a strong commercial mindset, playing an active role in client engagement and business development. Having lived and worked in China for more than a decade and speaking fluent Mandarin, Darren brings a deep understanding of the region’s market dynamics, leading complex projects for clients including SKP and DT51 while building trusted relationships across in-house team and collaborators.

Passionate about mentoring design teams, Darren previously served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also recognised for balancing creative ambition with commercial insight, continually challenging conventional development models and exploring new approaches to experience-led architecture and mixed-use destinations while identifying opportunities that support both client success and the studio’s long-term growth.
