As an Associate at Sybarite, Andrea Facchinato brings over ten years of experience across retail, mixed-use, hospitality and commercial developments. An ARB-registered Architect, he joined the studio in 2022 and contributed as a Senior Architect to landmark projects including SKP Chengdu and SKP Wuhan. He has as since played a key role in the design delivery and coordination of DT51 portfoilo, including projects in Xi’an, Longde and Qingdao, as well as DT-X.

Recognised for his collaborative and supportive approach, Andrea works closely with internal teams, clients, local architects and specialist consultants from design development through to implementation. He combines design sensitivity with technical rigour and commercial awareness, supporting colleagues while helping to maintain quality and continuity across complex programmes.
