Natasha Manzaroli joined Sybarite as Chief Operating Officer in 2022, bringing more than 30 years’ experience in operational leadership, commercial governance and business transformation. She is responsible for driving the studio’s strategic operations, overseeing finance, legal, HR and organisational development to support the practice’s continued international growth.

Prior to joining Sybarite, Natasha spent over two decades at John McAslan + Partners, where she served as Board Director and Business Partner, leading the practice’s commercial operations and long-term strategic planning. Her expertise lies in aligning business strategy with operational excellence, strengthening governance and developing high-performing teams.

Alongside her operational leadership, Natasha is passionate about talent development, corporate social responsibility and creating opportunities for the next generation within the built environment.
