About the Role
We are seeking motivated and design-focused Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistants to join our in-house 3D Team. These roles are ideal for ambitious architectural graduates looking to gain exposure to a diverse range of high-end projects while developing strong technical, visualisation and design coordination skills.
Working closely with designers, architects and project teams across the studio, you will play a key role in producing high-quality visualisations, reviewing design information and supporting the rapid development of project proposals. The positions offer a unique opportunity to gain insight into projects across multiple sectors and stages, contributing to the delivery of exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings and visualisations to support project teams and client presentations.
- Assist in the preparation and development of design concepts and presentation materials.
- Review project designs and technical information, identifying opportunities to improve clarity, coordination and efficiency.
- Assist in the rapid development and refinement of project proposals to meet evolving client deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with architects, interior designers and project leads across the studio, to translate design concepts into compelling visual outputs.
- Support the development and maintenance of the studio’s visualisation standards, libraries and workflows.
- Assist with design research, precedent studies and material investigations as required.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of internal processes and project delivery methods.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines within a fast-paced design environment.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Part 1 or Part 2 qualification in Architecture (or currently completing Part 2).
- Strong 3D modelling and visualisation skills.
- Proficiency in software such as Rhino, Enscape, Revit or similar.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator).
- Strong design, graphic and presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable
- Experience working within architecture, interior design or luxury residential projects.
- Knowledge of BIM and Revit workflows.
- Understanding of technical drawing packages and design coordination.
- Experience producing renderings and animations.
