Apeiron Resort

Apeiron, designed by Sybarite, is where luxury reaches new heights, and true opulence is redefined. On its own secluded island in the Red Sea, this 7-star hotel stands as a beacon of exclusivity and indulgence, offering an unparalleled experience.

Accessible only by yacht or helicopter, Apeiron will be a world of its own, a self-sustained and self-sufficient island resort complete with helipad spanning 300,000 square metres and 185 metres of soaring curved glass.

The internal façade consists of louvres made up of solar cells to prevent direct solar gain, as are the ribbons that frame the building and give Apeiron its name which translates as infinity. Energy calculations estimate that the building will generate two thirds of its own energy.

The ultimate statement in redefining 7 Star exclusivity, designed as a covetable retreat from its home-grown private lagoon and cultivated sea life and coral reef to the beaches, freshwater pools, galleries, restaurants, cinemas, luxury retail and spas.

Environmental stewardship will be at Apeiron’s core, we propose an unwavering commitment to sustainability, with each aspect of the project designed to coexist harmoniously with the ocean’s ecosystem. By employing cutting-edge green technologies and sustainable practices, we aim to minimise our carbon footprint and preserve and enhance the Red Sea’s marine ecosystems.

In this haven of ultimate privacy, escapism, and comfort, guests are immersed in the soothing embrace of the ocean. The gentle lull of the waves harmonises with the impressive architecture, the form itself is representative of a seaweed pod reaching for the sun, creating an ambiance of serenity that envelopes every inch of the resort. The connection to the ocean is an integral part of the experience, allowing guests to rejuvenate their spirits and find solace in the rhythm of the sea.
