Accessible only by yacht or helicopter, Apeiron will be a world of its own, a self-sustained and self-sufficient island resort complete with helipad spanning 300,000 square meters and 185 metres of soaring curved glass.

The internal façade consists of louvers made up of solar cells to prevent direct solar gain, as are the ribbons that frame the building and give Apeiron its name which translates as infinity. Energy calculations estimate that the building will generate two thirds of its own energy.
