12th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Ceremony

At the 12th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards ceremony held in December, Sybarite’s project SKP Wuhan received the Best Completed Retail Architectural Design (Mainland China), adding another major accolade to this landmark development.

Guided by a holistic architectural and interior strategy rooted in a strong sense of place, alongside an innovative “department store + retail promenade” retail masterplan, SKP Wuhan responds to the evolving urban and retail landscape, showcasing Sybarite’s ability in retail reinvention and forward-thinking design vision in the premium retail sector.

During the awards programme, Sybarite’s co-founder Simon Mitchell was also invited to deliver a keynote speech, sharing insights into the future of retail and experiential commerce in Asia, and how design can drive brand value and urban vitality.
