DARREN SNOW

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Darren is an accomplished Irish qualified Architect and Urban Designer with over a decade of experience leading complex projects across varying scales – from finely crafted furniture and façade details to expansive land art masterplans and large-scale urban developments. His expertise spans retail, hospitality, and urban regeneration, with a strong focus on research-driven design and strategic project planning.

He has played a pivotal role in shaping landmark projects, including Huafa Central Hub, a major mixed-use Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), and The Bermondsey Project, a significant regeneration scheme transforming a historic London neighbourhood into a dynamic mixed-use district. His extensive retail design experience ranges from high-end monobrand boutiques to ambitious commercial developments, including One Bangkok, one of the world’s largest retail-led urban districts.

Darren’s work has been recognised internationally, receiving highly commended honours at the World Architecture Festival. His designs balance innovation with contextual sensitivity, ensuring that each project delivers both functional excellence and a meaningful architectural response to its surroundings.

Beyond practice, Darren has contributed to architectural education, leading a postgraduate design studio at the Chinese University of Hong Kong for five years. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, he has built deep expertise in designing for complex urban environments across Asia, integrating sustainability and cultural relevance into every project.

His current work with Sybarite continues to push boundaries – whether shaping large-scale hospitality destinations, crafting intricate façade systems, or pioneering new urban strategies.
