SKP Chengdu Shortlisted as Finalist for WAF 2023

SKP Chengdu has been shortlisted for the World Architecture Festival 2023, appearing as a finalist under the category: Completed Buildings – Shopping. The project has been selected to represent the best in contemporary architecture, and showcase the creativity, innovation, and commitment to sustainability of the architectural profession.

“At SKP Chengdu, our intention was to break existing boundaries of mixed-use retail and hospitality and create a unique future-facing blueprint for sunken luxury retail. SKP Chengdu is a destination where park, pleasure, retail, cuisine and art blend together as a hybrid experience which is constantly in motion, evolving and changing in tune with a range of demographics.”  – Torquil McIntosh, Co-Founder, Sybarite

Torquil McIntosh will be presenting our design strategy and approach for SKP Chengdu at this year’s World Architecture Festival at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore from 29 November to 1 December.
