KODW 2020 – SIMON’S KEYNOTE ON LUXURY STORE DESIGN AND POST-COVID REJUVENATION

On 27 August, Sybarite’s Simon Mitchell will give the keynote ‘Luxury Store Design – Post Covid Rejuvenation’ as part of the four day digital programme, hosted by Knowledge of Design Week (KoDW) live from Hong Kong.

The pre-Covid 19 holy grail of luxury store design was to create a physical manifestation of the brand, as the store evolved as a critical marketing channel supporting e-commerce. As we emerge from global lockdown, stores must consider design solutions to ensure customers are safe. But, layered over this, it is more essential than ever to provide an authentic brand experience. Simon will unpack how to create environments which marry immersive brand storytelling with innovation, in the new-normal context of luxury in the aftermath of the pandemic.
