WWD asked experts in retail design to discuss their visions for the store of the future, whether retrofitting for right now, or dramatically rethinking the space for the next generation.

Sybarite co-founders Simon Mitchell + Torquil McIntosh contributed alongside a host of respected architects, designers, strategists and futurists: Peter Marino, FRCH Nelson, Marmol Radziner, OMA, Yabu Pushelberg, Kramer Design Group, Callison RTKL, SHoP Architects, Mike Riggs, managing director of retail, IA Interior Architects, Bestor Architecture, BradyWilliams, Standard Architecture, Studio Shamshiri and Geraldine Wharry.
