The Drop
Sybarite worked with Emaar and Lambert + Associates to conceptualise an incubator environment which would be completely unique and unrivalled in the Dubai market, that captured and represented trends and emerging lifestyle brands and designers.
Taking the idea of ‘drop culture’, and the power of product drops in fashion and their associated coveted limited-edition nature was the inspiration for the name The Drop.
The Drop’s brand identity and interior architecture and family of fixtures were imagined by Sybarite in a detailed and holistic approach representative of modern luxury. Sybarite visualised a functional, flexible and intimate showcase destination at The Dubai Mall to suit a discerning mix of curated pieces and benchmark clientele alike.
Imagined in neutral shades – an optimal canvas to suit a range of colours and textures in the collections. Thematically, the colour pink is then further explored in varying hues, culminating in cerise for the marketing and packaging items. Materials range from textured tinted concrete, terrazzo, polished plaster, decorative stone resin, sculpted undulating acrylic and highlights of rose gold, brushed chrome and woven metal.
