Sybarite delivered a Brand Study for Al Khozama Real Estate Investment Group to reflect the company’s values in line with the evolving hospitality market and the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030.
A holistic approach was taken to the project, creating a unified set of architectural and brand codes which will clearly delineate the different offers and curate unparalleled experiences that embody excellence. The hotel, resort and spa brands are in essence an artful and harmonious unity of foundation and future spirit.
The project entailed an in-depth study of iconographic brand codes that exemplify each hotel. These consist of the brand marques, colour associations, architectural gestures and patterned motifs. Together, they present a holistic vision for each hotel brand. The purpose of weaving these codes into every touchpoint and vista is to create an enriched sense of identity and to subliminally resonate and deeply connect.
The overall inspiration for Al Khozama, Al Faisaliah and Lavanda and the associated spas of Eluz and Shagara is the blending of references: a unique take on the wildflowers, landscapes, precious materials and motifs of Saudi Arabia. Although rich in references, the vision is a pared back and purely forward-thinking identity.
Each brand represents a touching tale of tomorrow inspired by a rich past and depicts a humble sense of place that is gracious and thoughtful.
